TRONCHETTO

Chocolate Chip and Dulce De Leche gelato rolled in a Marsala soaked Vanilla sponge. The cake is then enrobed in a rich Dulce De Leche Ganache and drizzled with Dark Chocolate.

This cake serves 10 to 12 people.

• Marsala is a Sicilian port wine, traditionally used in desserts.
• Dulce De Leche is an Argentinean style milk based caramel.
• All ingredients containing alcohol have been cooked off to enhance flavour and eliminate any alcohol content.
