A traditional Northern Italian favourite. Tiramisu’ gelato combines
fresh Eggs, Mascarpone and Marsala. The Tiramisu' gelato is layered on a
bed of Espresso drenched Savoiardi biscuits and dusted with Italian Cocoa.
This cake serves 6 to 8 people.
• Marsala is a Sicilian port wine, traditionally used
in desserts.
• Mascarpone is a rich Italian Double Cream.
• Savoiardi biscuits, also known as Lady finger biscuits, are a light
sponge biscuit.
• All ingredients containing alcohol have been cooked off to enhance
flavour and eliminate any alcohol content.
