Inspired by the traditional Hazelnut Zuccotto this cake was created for
our discerning customers who love the flavour combination of Cherry, Pistachio
and Vanilla together. To complete the cake, the gelato layers are then encased
in Marsala soaked sponge and finished with a Raspberry glaze.
This cake is available in two sizes – 6 to 8 portions or 10 to 12
portions.
