Inspired by world-renowned chef Heston Blumenthal, this cake is made of
Chocolate gelato and Sour Cherry sorbet layered between Chocolate sponge
soaked in Kirsch. The cake is then topped with a Kirsch Mousse, Amarena
cherries and then enrobed in a Chocolate Ganache.
This cake serves 10 to 12 people.
